Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown officially joined Brown & Tedstrom, Inc. in February, 2011, as Director of Business Development.   A Marketing, Branding and Business Development professional, Rachel spent the past 20 years working with Fortune 100 companies, primarily in the Financial Services sector, creating and implementing Marketing Strategies to increase revenue and track the return on investment (ROI).  In the last 10 years, she worked side-by-side with NASDAQ’s Marketing Team to develop programs to streamline their procedures and increase brand awareness on an international level.

Over the years she has won various awards for her creative work including the Creativity Award of Distinction featured in the "Big Book of Design Ideas," 2008, and for Outstanding Global Strategy, awarded to her by Jack Nadel, Int’l in 2009.  Rachel hails from New York City and brings the creativity, ideas and energy of her experiences working in that environment to her new assignment at Brown & Tedstrom, Inc.  Her first initiative is The Brown Box^™ Concept, which was introduced in April 2011 and will be rolling out throughout the remainder of the year.  As the newest member of our staff we are delighted to have her with us on a day-to-day basis.

A graduate of George Washington University in Washington D.C., Rachel is an avid skier and, along with husband Mark, enjoys spending time in the Colorado Rockies.  More than anything, though, she loves being a Wife and a Mother and bringing her special interests in cooking, reading, exercising and spending quality time with her friends and family to her own Family Table.
